[Request] Admin/small admin

Hi, I'm looking for someone to make a really useful plugin. I know that there are alot more then me who's looking for this plugin. I've seen it as a private plugin on couple of servers.

- The plugin is pretty simple to code if you know how to code
- Not long time
- Highly requested
- Extremely useful for ALL game modes (Specially Jailbreak)

Here it is

The plugin should be used everyone who is listed with their steamID into a .ini file.

They should use these commands to stabilize the server:

!slay name reason
!kick name reason
!ban name reason
!slap name reason
!revive name reason
!noclip name reason
!unnoclip name reason

When someone have used any of those commands a text should appear in the chat like this:
If my name in-game was "Awesome" the action I did was to slay, the reason was Bug abuse/bug and the person that bug abused was called Herro:

"Awesome slayed Herro. Reason: Bug abuse"
"Awesome kicked Herro. Reason: Bug abuse"
"Awesome banned Herro. Reason: Bug abuse"
"Awesome slapped Herro. Reason: Bug abuse"
"Awesome revived Herro. Reason: Bug abuse"
"Awesome noclipped Herro. Reason: Bug abuse"
"Awesome unnoclipped Herro. Reason Bug abuse"

sorry for be sincere, but in my opinion, just need reason on bans.
Example.
Furien MoD
One ct is always camping, so me as admin slap him until he stop camp. You really think that is fun for admin put 50 times reason of slap? But you that know

If a member slaps another guy you should know the reason. Slapping a player is usually done because that player needed a warning for something.

That doesn't work for me. And it's very hard to search for something like that when the title doesn't have any information about the plugin at all...

i made a Revive Terrorist menu for JB specific.
not tested tho.
