I fixed it for my server by removing these 2 variables from server.cfg

Code:

sv_hibernate_when_empty
sv_hibernate_postgame_delay

If it works I will be happy

Tried this ( did not have them on server list so i just set them to 0 )
This took my server out of hibernation but still got error when trying to join..

Its a bit different though... Feel like we are on the correct path here.
