For CS:GO you can try this dos/ddos protector. though not sure if it would work for you.

can someone tell me if I did this right? my server is linux

1.

extracted css.rar and dropped the bin folder into cstrike/addons/metamod

2.

added: "addons/dosprotect/bin/dosprotect_mm" to metaplugins.ini

Code:
;If your plugin came with a .vdf file, you do not need to use this file.
;
;List one plugin per line. Each line should contain the path to the plugin's binary.
;Any line starting with a ';' character is a comment line, and is ignored.
;
;You do not need to include the _i486.so or .dll part of the file name. Example:
; addons/sourcemod/bin/sourcemod_mm
;You may also put an alias in front of the file, for example:
; sm addons/sourcemod/bin/sourcemod_mm
;Will allow you to use "meta load sm" from the console.
;
;********* LIST PLUGINS BELOW ***********
addons/dosprotect/bin/dosprotect_mm
I am confused, was I supposed to drop the dosprotect folder into addons?

cuz right now its like this: cstrike/addons/metamod/bin/dosprotect_mm.so

Does anyone know a tool to protect CSGO servers under LInux? I am getting exploit attacks.

I almost always use cygwin for compiling linux bins of SM extensions and MMS plugins. IIRC, I didn't have to vary from the wiki instructions at all, but it's been a while since I set it up. What part are you having trouble with? If it helps for the future, I've included the Makefile I used in the linux zip.
Those versions that psychonic posted doesnt work for CSGO servers:

version "release.orangebox":
Code:
meta load addons/release.orangebox/dosprotect_mm
Failed to load plugin addons/release.orangebox/dosprotect_mm (vstdlib_i486.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory).
version "release.orangeboxvalve":
Code:
meta load addons/release.orangeboxvalve/dosprotect_mm
Failed to load plugin addons/dosp/dosprotect_mm (/home/csgo/csgo-ds/csgo/addons/dosp/dosprotect_mm.so: undefined symbol: AssertValidStringPtr).
version "release.original":
Code:
meta load addons/release.original/dosprotect_mm
Failed to load plugin addons/release.original/dosprotect_mm (vstdlib_i486.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory).

Attached a DHooks example for Swarm+ engines that I was playing around with. Maybe someone will find it useful.
