Spawn protection bug

Hello, can someone help me, i need to remove spawn protection
Players cannot be killed during about 5 seconds after spawn(even by sm_slay), dm_spawn_protection.smx is disabled
I removed all plugins except basic sourcemod, it happens only with cs:s dm installed

This is very likely not caused by CSSDM as all cssdm does is set the clients health really high. Post the output of sm plugins list.

yes it caused not by cs:s dm, just tried whithout it
sm_slay -> sm_respawn -> sm_slay(worked only in 5 sec)
it's some kind of protection after death, you can't be killed about 5 sec if you were forced respawned
is there a way to disable it?
i think it is related to DM cause you cant use spawn protection lower then 5 sec
has anyone else seen this problem?
