The installation instructions are so complicated!

I have:

Rented windows game server
Website run on Linux via web host. Have access to cpanel but not root.

Is it impossible for me to install this mod?

Dude....I tried for two weeks between myself and a partner of mine we are both damn smart enough to figure this out and gave it our best several shots at this thru various hosts,dedicated servers and so on and never could get it to work so we just gave up. I posted on the suggestion section for an alternative which would be super nice to have something that yanked the sprays off the server in their native format and put them into PNG or similar image format and displayed on a webpage but this will not work.

Installed this all correctly I think, the php script throws the following error.

I can confirm there are no VTF files in the downloads folder of the TF2 server just .dat and .ztmp, the permissions are set to allow the Apache User and the TF2 (Server) user access to the web and work areas.

The plugin however is correctly connecting and entering sprays into the SQL table.

The server is hosting the downloads folder locally so I really don't get why it isn't seeing these things.
