i am senior but i don't know to make a plugin

some other forums are allowing people to change their own titles, like bots-united.
so, in this forum only administrators can do it, and sometimes with a bad title like "Unnecessary Member" or "I run no-steam servers!".

isn't this considered as a kind of slow-hacking ?

then just apply the rules, I consider that funny part (for people who can change that title) not really funny for the owner.
the rules don't allow admins to ban people who are running non-steam servers, but those who ask or tell that they are running non-steam.

Roach changed mine without my permission. He did it originally as a joke but I played along with it and I enjoyed the title.
