i cant figure out how to install this and do i need to have sourcemod installed first? since the last css update the kill command can crash servers which is just stupid.

2 files.
no installation directory listed.
no directions besides how to use the already installed mod.

i really have no clue what im ment to do with these files or even if im ment to use both of them?

Update your server again.

i thought it was impossible for people to join servers that werent up to date? there are people playing on my server right now but i will try a update anyway.

Yeah, they can, usually it kick player if player have newer version of cs:s than server.
But this was only fix to that crash.

well maybe i missed something here but unless i know the hack command i cant block it ,
i dont know how to crash server so could someone please PM me list or link to list for commands to block

You can use SMAC for this, and there isn't a reason why this shouldn't be working (Or so I don't think so).
Any errors in the logs?
ALSO: If you have plugins that remove the CHEAT flag on commands for admins (Such as this one), this plugin will not be effective on you (As the admin that has that specific flag defined for the plugin).

3. I am install this plugun. Type sm plugins list, see plugin running After that i am add to server.cfg sm_blockcommand exec

then i am try block exec command from client, but in game in my console i am typing exec 1.cfg and not see any kind ob block for that... Then i am ask. Maybe i am miss somthing?
