my server doesn't show on find servers list!!!

i just created my first server
my brother's computer is the host computer
im connected through a router to the modem
i have a cable modem
my meta list is good
my amxx plugins is good
my amxx module is good
i forwarded my port for my server on the router
i forwarded my port for my server on the sp2 firewall
it doesn't show up on the find servers list
i turned sp2 firewall off and it still doesn't show up on the find servers list
i don't know what the problem is
please help!!

Set sv_region to 1. Also, it might not show because it may not be authenticating properly with the VALVe servers.

i put the sv_region to 1 in server.cfg
when i start up the server it says
Connection to Steam servers successful.
VAC secure mode is activated.
im not sure what is going on
is there a file that controls something that has to do with this? (im a noob..this is my first server)
please help

i opened it and it still doesn't show

i didn't know that servers were this hard to make it so it shows up on the list

Make your router become a DMZ to whatever your local ip is to the server.
1) go to start > run > ipconfig
2) grab the local ip (192.*.*.*)
3) go to router config screen
4) run a dmz to the local ip (192.*.*.*)
5) DMZ = Demiliarized zone
6) Demiliarized zone = opens all ports leaving you wide open to the computer world (also will list your server hopefully)

when i enter in the ip do i enter in my internal ip 192.*.*.* or the router ip?
