Uhhh, The Red Color is actaully green, When I'm on the CT Team. But if i'm on T Team it's normal. Is there anyway to fix it?

A team color appears as green if there's nobody on the team.

After updating the config file, if you're already in the server, make sure you disconnect and rejoin.

The Flag "s" from sgadmins will be assigned but I don't have any tag before my name.

Doesn't matter. .inc files are only used to compile. If you're not a developer and you just download .smx files, you'll never need any .incs.
