1º- I got the idea. Basically when a certain player reaches a certain points eg from 1000 to 1000, goes up position (like in the army for the CTs and something else for Tr). And as you move up in rank that player will receive a player mdl appropriate to their position.

2º- As accumulating points for a player would receive more money, but gradually (in steps). For example, if a player kill somebody gets 1.2x more money. If he planted the bomb gets 3.2x more money ...

0how about something like this you earn 500 points you will will be able to change the map once (any map of ur wish)
-new weapons bought with the number of points you earn
-playing every 1hr gives you 600 points (10 points per min) with a cvar to change the number of points earned
-buy adminship with points 10000 for 10 hrs -with a cvar to change the number of points you earn
-god mod and invisibility for each round for 500 points
- last and the least a one round mod which will let you only buy a gun while others cant
and a buy menu ... amx_buymenu
