is it possible to save each and every admins login ? in a notepad file ? :S using mysql or nvault and the map changes of admin !

Everything is already logged.
Just go to addons/amxmodx/logs/LYYYYMMDD.log.

i already know that but thats the log for the chat , and many other things can it be done for admins login only ? :S

Everything that you done is registed by server. If you take a poo in server go to logs and you can see that has been registed
