AMXX Setup

Hey,

I've got an issue with AMXX. The server is running on linux and I'm able to connect.
I've written "linux addons/amxmodx/dlls/amxmodx_mm_i386.so" into the plugins.ini of metamod and when I enter "meta list" ingame, it tells me that there are 0 plugins installed. So where may be my fault?

Did you upload the .dll? If so, make sure it's in the correct place.

It is a .so File and yes, it is in the correct Folder.

I don't know what the problem is but did you try to use the AMX Mod X full installer? You can have it just install to a folder on your desktop then check to see if there are any differences. Even if not, you could upload the files from there to your server and see if that works.

We wanted to try it, but somehow the full installer doesnt seem to work at all!
If we're trying to establish a ftp connection to our root server, it fails.

I never said to install it directly. Install it to a folder on your desktop.

did you added this to liblist.gam ?

He said that metamod is running because he gets a response when using meta list. But, it's good to recheck everything from the beginning.
