[Suggestion] Realtime KZ Rank System (Module)

This idea bothered me for a long time. I want to do KZ rank system but not obtained. I was plagued by two issues. The first question is to store all data in files or on SQL Server? The second question is how best to optimize all that in any situation there was no lag on the server? KZ Server also must have realtime web-statistic. It is possible to do with using SQL Server and have no lag on the CS server? I want to realize this idea without using SQL Server but it very hard to do for me probably because I want to use different algorithms for reaching better perfomance for the CS Server. Who wants to help me realize this kz rank system? Your thoughts about this?

You would need to store in SQL to retrieve via website.
SQL can be optimized to not lag the server if you use threaded queries and optimize your queries such that you don't overload the threader.

I have little experience with SQL. I do not know what to do with player's rank position.
Every time you add a record will have to change the rank of the player and the rank of other players. These players can be up to 200.
