i have that set as my user... that is my steamid i've tried it with both STEAM_ and STEAM_ID why isnt this working?

it's either

"STEAM_0:0:1:154483" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"
or
"STEAM_1:0:1:154483" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"

Try that, go into console while playing and type "Status" to find the specific steamid
