In need of two plugins

Hi there!

I tried with the search function, but I didn't get anything usefull from that.

I am looking for two plugins, the first one should allow admins to spectate people on the opposite team, and normal players should just be able to spectate their team.

The other one I am looking for, should be something that make it so when an admin writes ingame, it's a special chat color, etc. So the admin gets recognizes.

Do you have any suggestions?

The first exists but I don't know the name lol
