On some servers, the player models in which the head is attached separately.
models\player\zh\zh_charple001_hs.mdl - body model
models\player\zh\zh_charple001_head.mdl - head model

head model has no attachments and only one bone - static_prop
How can I attach the head to the body?

i don't think it works like that. i think the player has the normal model then after a certain amount of damage the skin is changed to the headless one and a physics prop is spawned where the head was.

possible, but if shot 5 times in the head, the head flies off in the opposite direction. it is also necessary to calculate separately? I spawn head prop_physic and this shot should be applied to the head or calculate the vector and use TeleportEntity to knock back?

yeah just make your own vector then use TeleportEntity . instead of a physics prop entity you may be better off using the physics prop tempent.
