Block console message

Is it possible to block the message "Player switched to spectator mod"?
This appears in client's console when somebody goes to spectators. (Half-Life)

I think you could block the game event for someone changing team to spectator and also have to "change" their team to CT/T (not really just in the scoreboard) everytime somebody connects (AFAIK).

In Half-Life Deathmatch TeamInfo message is not used at all.
