Non-steam = no support

Then please explain which 2 modules you removed there before you posted the meta list.
I can only think about 2 modules that you don't want to show here, that one is most likely some non-steam anti-cheat and the other one is dproto.

hi again , yes your right. 1st is cmd antidlfile and second is sxei injected. but i dont use dproto and other cracked software.

Then post the COMPLETE result of all commands. Noone cares about modules you use, exept they are illegal like dproto. Also please show all plugins running on your server. There are maybe known problems with some of them. You don't help yourself removing those.
