Would be nice if you could add a cost to self reviving, something like pills or adrenaline or health. I know of self help plugin also incapped meds munch, neither one play nice with self reviving mod. I like your mod cuz u can revive on ledge grabs for no cost. Also adding a cvar to set a custom binded key for reviving would be a good idea.

Option to disable bot self-revive
Black and white (?) Incap limit (?)

I don't forsee adding any kind of cost system - that was something I stripped from the code that I stole from the Self Help mod. Probably setting a limit on the amount of times a person can self-revive before instant death would be a good idea...

There is currently a catch to self-reviving; you wind up with less health regained than if someone else helps you.

thats also a good idea...restrict it to so many uses...also noticed a slight issue not sure if its fixable, say someone only wanted to use this for ledge grab reviving, well disabling incap revive also disables ledge revive as well although theres 2 seperate options to enable the 2...

i've noticed that people will die after reviving so many times, but they're B&W when it happens, or it doesn't register or something.

could you also set an option to allow to pick yourself up with a defib?

Not sure what you mean. Once you're dead, you're dead. Otherwise there isn't any actual item cost for picking yourself up. It's just done with the push of a button at no expense to the player.
