sourcemod-1.3.9-hg3188-windows SLAY problem

I am currently running a source BETA server, windows based HLDS. It seems that not all the basic fun commands are working, specifically SLAY. I can bring up the menu but when I try to slay a player(bot) it does not work. I have also tried in console the command sm_slay (players name), ie. sm_slay pedro
but it tells me unknown command

Any help is greatly appreciated TY

slap n slay doesnt seem to be working on release versions of mm and sm on lfd2.
