[Req] Kick BlackList Plugin,

hey all, i need blacklist plugin who kick all the blacklist guy,

i want to put steamid in the SMA and if the guy in black list try to connect the server will kick him and type: "Sorry bro your in the blacklist

"

EDIT: On the other side i think he means that he wants to restrict player's connection to his server.
