What Darth is trying to say mate is that if you deleted sdktools files you need to put them back or reinstall sourcemod. sdktools and sfkhooks are different things all together

i have downloaded and installed "sdkhooks-2.1.0-windows.zip" but what i must do with that : "sdkhooks-src210.zip" What is it ?

And if i must install "sdkhooks-src210.zip" ... Where i put this ?

I am running SM 1.3.9.

I removed all old files from extensions and gamedata (even though they were 2.1 as well) redownloaded, put the extensions in, put the game data in....

still will not load...

any suggestions?

what i have to do? i need sdk works i cant play MGE i cant use a lot of plugins
