Update!
I decided that Dependencies it too complicated API. Now it consist of only 4 terms (including callbacks), in comparison with 10 terms (excluding callbacks) in previous versions.
See main post for details.
Plugins updated.
User manual updated.

EDIT
Finally fixed source incompatibility with linux.

UPD 2011 sep 15 Version 0.2.9
  • I just rewrote most of the code. API changed slightly.
  • Most of things are now much simplier.
  • Added simple HTML help.
  • Added User Model Manager.
  • HUD sharing is now part of Ground API.
  • Mod Core deleted. Functional moved to separate plugins.

As i said, it's hard for me to speak English clearly. If some one can't understood something, just copy portion of source code and post here, I will explain it as clearly as I can.
