Yes this plugin still works perfectly fine.

It has no ingame menut, and you can translate it into whatever language you want, that is why there is a translations file.

So Our server setup a new server today, so I found out what can cause 0.0.0.0 for the IP, unless you specify a -ip or +hostip it will not report back correctly. Atleast this can seem to be the case, the same will be for port as well if you have multi-port same ip ex, 27015, default next server 27016, unless you specify it directly it will report the wrong port.

This plugin has nothing to do with receiving an email. Its to receive an instant message

Again i'm sorry but I have no clue what your asking.

This plugin sends a message from the server to a website, which then transmits the message via the service of your choosing on the XMPP protocol, which is an instant message service like MSN, AIM, ICQ etc.

The only log of the message is in sourcemod folder logs/call_admin_xmpp.log

I get the feeling you really have no clue as to what this plugin is supposed to do.
