Im looking for a plugin in which when a player dies his screen goes black and he cannot talk? It would be good if the dead player would go blind and not spectate any other players to increase realistic effects.

mp_fadetoblack will solve half your problems and the other half can be done with the sm_deadtalk -1 with this plugin:
