game hosts in the uk

Hey, I was thinking of starting a tf2 server and I wanted to know what host you use? I've been looking at
http://www.gameservers.com/
and
http://www.inx-gaming.com/
And they look quite decent, but does anyone know any other good ones out there?
I'm looking for a server near in the uk in london, 24 slots under 25 quid a month if possible with web hosting, and a admin panel. Thanks

I have used http://www.gameservers.com/ before but i left because it seamed that they always were over loading the boxes, i ended up just getting a dedi because all the host i found lagged to much for me.

But i know people who have no problems with them.

Oh right, anyone else had the same problem?
And I wanna try out renting a server, with vps and stuff it's to much work
