Hello,

we have also some crashes on our Linux TF2 server since last update ("verify all" reported no problem).
But we have another problem : the server seems to hang : it still appear to work but nobody can join it. Then we have manually to retart it.

I saw it was mainly on the ctf_2fort map, so I've removed it from the map cycle.

Do other people have the same problem ?

Going to confirm this as well. My Linux TF2 servers are also crashing randomly since the last update.

Like some people mentioned, I am not getting any errors in logs either, so I have no clue what is causing it. Going to see if verify_all helps.

UPDATE: Looks like I had some files corrupted too?

Valve said last night that they are working on a fix for crashing servers and that it would be released sometime today (originally it was scheduled for last night, but Alfred mentioned Valve-time).

I've been hearing that Linux servers are fairly unstable after the update. I run all Windows servers, and I usually only get 0-1 crashes a day. It helps to restart your SRCDS installation at least once daily (my provider does this when the servers are empty). There might be an update today to resolve some of the issues.

Yep, one of my servers just crashed few minutes ago.

Logs don't show any errors just like before.

It didn't fix squat, it also doesn't say so in the Steam News page. My servers still crash, already had 5 crash today.
