OK so since the last Valve update i updated my server, MM:S and SM. I also downloaded the latest Z:R Snapshot and my custom Alien Skins arent working anymore.

There are 0 errors in the error log

All help welcome, i really cant figure it out. Knowing me its going to be an easy fix. I have tried a few other skins ive seen working on other servers but i have the same error.

If you need any other .txt or .whatever files tell me and ill happily post them. Fed up now and just want it working

Some zombie classes refer to models that are commented out in models.txt. Also, you don't need to list model files in downloads.txt (only model materials).

Its only the Alien Model i want to use and the default human skin so should i just delete everything else in both models.txt and playerclasses.txt ?

If you don't use it you can remove it. But this doesn't explain the original issue. What doesn't "work" (menu, applying class, etc.)?

We have a Z:R server set up for zombie escape.

We have it so after 20 seconds somebody becomes a zombie and everyone else stays human. When the zombie is picked they normally auto change skin to the default one picked in the .txt documents (which happens to be the alien skin) - However something is going wrong and the skin is an error.

They are uploaded to the gameserver and download server correctly (i have checked this about 1000 times) and as far as i can see all the .txt documents are fine.

There were some errors coming up in yesterdays logs but they stopped after i worked out id spelt the Class name wrong in the zombiereloaded.cfg but this didnt fix the skins

I just tried a fresh install on Z:R and the skins - taking care to setup every thing correctly and i still get errors >
