same problem in warmod server
status command shows real active player slots and player names
though view server info shows real active player names but with fake number

Yes this is happening to our servers too (linux cs:s). sometimes shows 25/24 but only 20 are actually connected.. and those 'phantoms' take up spots =/

Add sv_master_legacy_mode 1 to your config file, and then using setmaster add <IPORT> add masters servers. It helps.
