Yeah I have done a few tests on this , atm the model is only changing one time ........ I will do some more tests next week......

Hey guys,
I'm stuck, majorly.
I've been trying for two days to get ANY model plugin to work on my server. I just want admins to be able to use a custom skin, no one else.
I've literally tried every plug-in I could find.

The farthest I've gotten is having the files download from my FastDL server, but they were never applied.

Now I've come here to ask for help, as this plugin seems to be the most likely to work. Truth is, I'm just stuck. I've modified all of the files so many times I don't even know what they should be anymore.

I'm not asking anyone to set this up for me, but I'm going to attach my files, and the link to my FastDL server...If you guys could take a look at it and either correct my files or tell me what I've done wrong, I would GREATLY appreciate it, otherwise I'll probably just give up.

Well you don´t have modelfiles on your fastdownload that means you have added clientside skins....with this no modelmenu or similar will work....so if you want skins than go to gamebanana and search for serversideskins......

You're right, I figured that part out after I posted.

Now I am using a different set of skins, but the same thing.
I get the menu to pop up, I select Team 1, or Admin or whatever, and nothing.

Andi, would you mind maybe looking through my config and telling me what I'm doing wrong? Your plugin looks great, I'm just obviously an idiot :\

Why do my skins crash everyone on the server when somebody dies - this is fixed when removing this plugin. ? :/

Maybe your skins are corupt.....this plugin is not crashing anything......

No. He don't configure right the bots
First change the forceskinbots_team2.ini and forceskinbots_team3.ini in the
addons/sourcemod/configs from:

models\player\b4p\b4p_chewbacca\b4p_chewbacca.mdl

and

models\player\b4p\b4p_vader\b4p_vader.mdl

to:

models/player/t_phoenix.mdl

and

models/player/ct_urban.mdl

If not, you get serial server crash when one bot kill one live player.

My skins were fine 2 days ago. The only fix was to remove this plugin. I dont use bots so thats not the problem either, and it isnt a server crash, it crashes everyones game (CSS)

I recently updated sm_hosties so i wonder if this has caused problem/conflictions between the 2 plugins, although i wouldnt know why.

Im going to try the latest version of this plugin.
