I wanted to say thanks. This is a great plugin. However I am having one issue I can't seem to solve. I get this error on server startup. Sometimes players and admins can stop sounds, while other times they can't. I was wondering if you could give me some help.
Thanks!

I've seen other people with this problem and no response, Has anyone found a solution?

Also, I've noticed even though the sound exists on the client, every map change clients are forced to redownload them. Any ideas why that is or how to fix it?

Sounds like a fast download problem
check if the sounds you are using are uploaded
properly to your fast dl and your normal server

On another hand, I had a question
is it possible to bind 1 sound or play 1 sound without opening the whole menu?
something like: sm_admin_sounds_play "quake/rampage.mp3"
or !play "rampage"

Yes sounds must be on each one (server and FDS)

Check that you run only one copy of my plugin and there is no other plugin use the same ConCommand

For this :

It's in my TODO list but too many things to do and not enough time for all...
If someone wants to take a look at my code, GO ON

You can go with
bind 1 "sm_play @all quake/rampage.mp3"

After looking at your code, This problem occurs because sm_admin_sounds_stop is both a cvar and a console command. I changed one and that problem was fixed.

I'm still a nub at installing plugins and I can't figure out where to upload the soundfolder..

My fastdl url is currently set to <domain>/fastdl/tf2/ - should I upload admin_plugin in there with the mp3's I want to play? Because I've tried this but it gave me an error..

Failed to load sound "admin_plugin\test.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository
