This plugin opens a website on any client using their MOTD browser, without ever showing the MOTD page.
I mainly use it to play music to the entire server, since i have sv_allow_voice_from_file 0.

sm_hiddenurl <target> <url>
On the URL part of the command, don't include the http://.
This won't work if the client has HTML-enabled MOTD pages disabled.
sm_openurl <target> <url>
Opens a website using the MOTD browser, not hidden.

It's missing a semicolon ";" after the lines 52 and 56.

Apparently I uploaded the wrong version, with the semicolon missing.
Fixed, and added new command

public Action: DoUrlVisible(client, String:url[128])

You actually dont need to specify Action: or [128], your function returns the same thing, might as well just return; or you dont actually need to return anything as the code stands right now.
Arrays are passed by reference. I believe KvSetString(setup, "msg", url); will keep reading url until it hits a '\0'. When the size is needed, its usually passed as a separate parameter.

public DoUrlVisible(client, String:url[]) function header would be fine

Hey, just wanted to say how Great this plugin is! Been running it on our TF2 server for about a week, whether I'm trolling unsuspecting players with random pictures, or playing "hidden" bg music @all (from youtube or one of my own flash-loaded html pages) for a lil spam fest, it does just fine.

Ever since Advanced Admin Commands was disabled and Grooveshark was hindered by a site update, there was no hope for this kind of function. But this allows unlimited access to music and sounds - No more loading FastDL server with unnecessary bandwith!

Ello, When using ether of those commands it minimizes the game (Zombie Master) and opens windows media player. Does this mean HTML is off, if so how would I go about turning it back on? Thanks for your time.
