This plugin changes tf_bot_difficulty after a player joins the server to a random number between sm_tf_bot_difficulty_min and sm_tf_bot_difficulty_max. Instead of tf_bot_add, tf_bot_quota must be used as it adds bots one-by-one instead of all at once.

AFAIK every bot can have it's own difficulty so it would be better to make a plugin which changes difficulty of every connected bot to a random one from the range. Your plugin is kinda pointless, because bots are on the server faster than the player.
