finish plugin with sql version and all players for top15, not alone for online players

Is there a way to show the played time in a map?? By this I mean the time from the begining of a match, untill the end of that match. So when the match restarts, the time does restart also, and that the time is shown in the map constatly...??

Reset rank every day and give flags to best like if today is 8.06 and i am top 1 at end of the day.. so i get nextday flags and so on ...
