Hello. I want to make that player download one file from server and overwrite default one (at client computer) so how can I do that ?

not possible with AMXX. you can tell them to manually download the file(s).

The problem is that the server only checks if the file exists on client pc but if an older version of a file exists on client pc, it won`t download the file let alone overwrite it.

Maybe somebody knows a way...

Which is the way it should be. There should be no way around it! At least on these forums there isn't.

So you can't overwrite a player's config files or anything else that could screw up their game.
