Its possible too increase maxplayers?

Hello,
i have a DoD 1.3 game serverwith 14 slots , not dedicated, and i have heard that its possible to increase maxplayers to 32. My question is: Is it possible? If it is possible, is legal? Because if i have paid for 14 slots how can y have 32 players?

Sorry im a noob on servers.

And how others can made it? I saw clans with about 10 different servers and all with 32 slots, its impossible that they pay that money.

It's not impossible that they pay that much. Maybe they got a good deal on the package. Or, they might host them themselves.

I have read now in a post that its possible to create your own dedicated server if you have a computer that you dont use. Someone know somthing about that?

Yes, it's possible but you would need a very good upload speed to successfully host a reliable server.

I have 20mb velocity, so i think that wont be any problem.

About the hlds... can i have 2 deddicated servers on 1 pc or only 1 server per pc? And other thing... If i set the hlds in one pc i can play on that pc?
