I had autobuy protection but since the new engine I removed it.

So I talked with the old hacker and he told me the cmd file exploit was properly fixed. Now someone is crashing my servers again with a fake player in spectator team.
My questions are:
Is there any way to block those fake clients? They always have the same kind of names so if you are able to detect their conection it won't be difficult to block them.
Does dproto in only steam mode blocks them?
Is there any function that at least recognises the player is conecting?
