Okay I downloaded Noblock by altex. i extract it in correct folder. but its not working on. I have this were I extract..

strike\addons\sourcemod\scripting\noblock.sp
strike\addons\sourcemod\plugins\noblock.smx

How can I execute this plugin? Coz in cs 1.6 its easy to use. just copy the name of the plugin. and paste it in the plugin.ini

Im new in CSS.

you need noblock.smx in the plugins folder, not noblock.sp

already done. and nothing. Is it automatically excuted when both 2 files are in the correct place?

you need to restart your server or run the command:
rcon sm plugins load noblock
