I need a registration plugin which make all players come to my site and register their steam id and then will able to play on my server.

there is such plugin? can someone help me with that?

Might be able to do something with Sourcebans. Have them enter their SteamID onto a webpage and that enters it into the Sourcebans database, might work. Do you use Sourcebans?
