Hello, I am searching for Fatalis MouseWheel Forcer plugin.

The download link from the official website is broken so I wonder if someone got a working link or if someone could zip the files, upload it and post the link.

just the word 'forcer' leads me to believe that this plugin involves slowhacking, which is not allowed, unless you ask the person beforehand if you can do it.
