Do you think you should be banned for ban evasion? That's one of my favorite reasons to ban someone, since it's so cut and dried.

you only get the steam validation error when your using non steam to join a steamed server. and what should be unbanned? your other account? if so, you have this one. once a normal mod comes and realises that it's the same person they've already banned, you'll just get banned again. and maybe you might get a ip ban so you can't even view the forums

Because you have a steam server doesn't mean you have a steam client. You need to BUY the game via steam, then download it via steam, and then play it via steam. THEN you can join your server.
