The blood in the zombies is fine!
But even if I set value to 0, the blood still appears to the player (less quantity).
What is the best config to blood gore only in the zombies?
Thanks

"Periodic Bleeding"
{
"Health Required" "0"
}

You can change the values by editing the gore_config.txt

"Periodic Bleeding"
{
"Health Required" "0"
}

That will turn all periodic bleeding effects off of players.

"Human Player Damage"
{

"Gore Modifier" "0"
}

That will disable any extra gore on players, except for when they are incapacitated.

Sometimes when I die as a survivor, and I am in the freelook mode, I bleed.

Nice man, didn't like this much in L4D1 but in L4D2 feels way more realistic and fun at all. Here are some issues I've found, hope it helps you:
- sometimes u can see yourself or the other survivors bleeding without a reason
- if u melee an object (to me it happens with the chair) with just survivor's arms, u'll see your character bleeding

Though I'm not using the gore_config u posted, does this matter? Anyways, your return with Gore plugin is really appreciated sir ;)

Particles are sensible shit, atleast in L4D2.
Too much particles/gore will most likely result in a server crash.

Anyone know how stable this plugin is?

Are you using 1.1+? In 1.0, any melee'd object would bleed. It should now check to make sure it's an infected or a player.
As for random bleeding, it might be the periodic bleeding as a result of low health.

Do you even know what the word sensible means? Because your post might be even slightly coherent if you removed that word -- otherwise, it's quite confusing.

No. Not unless you are able to trigger thousands of bleeding effects within the same half-second of each other. It is true that there is a max entity count, but the edicts/ents are quickly released/removed after triggering.

For server side, it's as stable as any other.
If a client has the hardware to run L4D2, there should not be instability problems. Worst case scenario, a few less frames during a lot of action.

It's 1.2, but I noticed I did not change actual version value in the plugin. I'll edit it and upload it soon.
