Could you explain a different way because i don't understand what you don't like and what you want.

to be more specific id like to keep the semi recoil going until the bullets of any gun runs out.. cus like the semi recoil would only last for about a couple seconds but i want it to be all stable, well not stable stable as in the crosshair wouldnt move but i want the vibration to keep going until the bullet runs out
