There are several ways. You can access the actual computer that the server is running on and bring up the server console (in some setups), you can use rcon through your game client, or you can use HLSW (which uses rcon) to access the server console.

Just use amx_cvar if you don't have easy access to the server console.

I still am having problems though, i bound the bind_file to "addons/amxmodx/configs/binds/binds.ini" after installing the plugin but I don't see any menus nor does /binds or bind work.
But the plugin seems to be working because bind_file works

Updated to v1.25. I apologise for leaving it this long to fix but the saving issue has been resolved as well as the menu issue when going past 7 options.

Updated to v1.30. If you are using this mod, then I highly recommend upgrading to it.

@d0z - Counter-Strike doesn't seem to support unicode text documents, so your [ru] translation has been removed, unless you could alter it to not use special symbols.

Well I've never had this fault before, and i'm not exactly sure what that means either, if someone could enlighten me.

Also, make sure it's definitely my plugin causing the problem.
