can i minimize my server window

i use .bat file for running my server. but i dont want see 2 window(bat file window and hlds window) on taskbar. can i hide icons?

Making certain windows not show up in the task bar... isn't that more of a Windows setting?

I highly doubt anybody went through the trouble of making a program that hides the HLDS window in your taskbar.

what do you use to run your server? .bat ? and where is your server running?
i remember a topic who was speaking abut server tools but i cant find it :/

My server is running in a command-line Linux distro. It has no task bar, and nothing to minimize.
