I won't be integrating any type of ban or kick as there might be some false positives although I did some extensive tests and wasn't able to reproduce any.

Here is a far better implementation of how to handle this.

I used m_iWeaponState, which reflects the true nature of the heavy's minigun usage and the lack of a slowed condition to detect the glitch.

There's no ban feature in it, but it'd be trivial to add.

This version forces the minigun out of spinning/firing state when the glitch occurs. Since the minigun is halted from spinning, the glitch ends whether or not they continue to hold down mouse2.

This one worked, where the original did not, for me. Thanks!
