could someone help me fix so the files acctuly downloads when ppl join? right now its error on parachute ^^ havent changed anything uploaded evrything to server and fast dl skins only ^^ ,

Is this for a CSS, TF2, L4D server? If you have a fast download url set up make sure you compress all the files in the materials and models folder with bzip2 (keep the directory structure intact!) and upload this all to your mirror (the one you set up with the download url).

Also make sure you have the files on your server. I believe the SM Parachute 2.0 Beta Full.zip file in the first post has everything you need.

If you got a L4D server it's going to be harder, read the entire thread for the solution to that.

Hi all,

My server was runnig at a windows dedicated server without problems.

But, we migrated that to a LINUX server and the parachute stop appearing.

Only an BIG RED ERROR.

I updated sm to the last linux version, reinstalled all plugins (metamod, sourcemod, mani, sm_parachute) and the error still boring us.

Is there any problem using this plugin at linux dedicated server?

Problems people always seem to run into with this plugin:

• Check if you downloaded the right package (the zip one with all the materials in it)
• Check if you extracted the models and materials to the right folder
• Check if you have a mirror set up
• Check if the materials and models have been properly bzipped on the mirror, and are in the right place
• If you are running L4D/L4D2, it won't download the files by default. Get a file download plugin.

1 - YEAH, the full one. the same that i used at windows install;
2 - Yeah, all clients downloaded that;
3 - There is no mirror;
4 - As i have no mirror i need no bzip file for a while;
5 - CSS.

My windows test server is OK now, but the linux still not working.

Only the models/material does not appear.

It was downloaded from css server to the right place, but still not appearing.

And i cant see if is there any console error.

What's your server IP? I'll connect and see what it does for me with and without the files on my client, and see if I can find anything dodgy.
