Thanks a lot for all information:

I have a windows server, running 20vs, 100 MB upload/100 MB download. I tried some configs and I realized this:

sm_cvar fps_max 100 = server gets 52
sm_cvar fps_max 500 = server gets 268
sm_cvar fps_max 600 = server gets 512
sm_cvar fps_max 1000 = server gets 512 (also)

What do you guys think about my configs?

sm_cvar fps_max 600
sm_cvar sv_maxrate 30000
sm_cvar sv_minrate 20000
sm_cvar sv_maxcmdrate 67
sm_cvar sv_mincmdrate 66
sm_cvar sv_maxupdaterate 67
sm_cvar sv_minupdaterate 66
