I don't know or it is a plugin or no, but then i join one server, now every time then i start counter-strike.exe in main window this server adress left, like new game button, options button, and what server button, i push on it and I join server, how to do me with my server? Maby is plugin o something stuff?

It slowhacks the players in the server to modify one of their files so that it will show their own server in your game.
Because it modifies client-side files, it is slowhacking and slowhacking is not allowed here.
