Great changes, just one problem.

Can you stop the names of the spectators appearing in the Not Ready section of the panel?

He pushed a number of fixes to his repo.

- Spectators showing up as NOT READY - fixed.
- Removed obsolete vote Blockade
- Bugfix about ready and teamswapping. Also some nitpicking.
* Fixes a bug where the game would go live too soon because of people readying then spectating
- removed double triggering and unneeded lines
- Adds L4DReady_IsGamePaused native

I don't think spectators should be allowed to vote since they can vote with one team and start kick votes against players. Also this issue: http://code.google.com/p/confogl/issues/detail?id=100

I think that issue happens because l4d_ready_enabled is now 1 by default, instead of 0.

Ive blocked Specs from voting and reverted the default setting to 'off'

Nice, but shouldn't you also hook the 'vote' command so spectators can't vote on callvotes started by players?
